## Abstract

Project summary/abstract
NACC (U24AG072122) establishes subcontracts with all ADRCs. In doing so NACC provides nominal funds to defray costs
associated with each ADRC’s collection and submission of the Uniform Data Set, Neuropathology Data Set and other
associated data. This payment (~$27K) is made to each ADRC annually and is meant to incentivize ADRCS rather than
cover the actual expense. Having this subcontract in place also facilitates other means of coordination (and possibly
separate funds) for specific projects as directed by NIA. All existing ADRCs and their subcontract payments were included
in the initial approved U24 budget. However, recently two new ADRCs were added by NIA: Duke University and the
University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio. Since these were not included, NACC is asking that additional
funds be provided by this Administrative Supplement as described in the budget (~$27K x 2 for each of the four
remaining years starting 06/01/22). This will keep NACC on budget and provide equal support for all ADRCs. The current
year’s payments will come from the parent U24 as directed by NIA.
