> **NIH NIH R41** · INFRARED RX, INC. · 2022 · $6,937

## Abstract

SUMMARY
This Workforce Diversity Supplement proposal seeks to create an opportunity to enhance the
resources, environment, and culture of Infrared Rx in our organization's efforts to advance
technology to serve patients suffering from disabling peripheral artery disease. At the same time,
it reflects our commitment to promoting a diverse workforce and to further career development for
underrepresented groups in science and business. In this proposal, we have created a role within
the organization for the candidate to expand knowledge, acquire skills, and shape attitudes in
science, medicine, and entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, this role will add value to our company, the
technology we develop, and the patients we seek to serve.
