> **NIH NIH R01** · UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA AT DAVIS · 2022 · $59,117

## Abstract

Scope of Work
Aim 1: To identify candidate single nucleotide polymorphism selection in Hispanic gastric cancer patients
and review discriminatory accuracy for polygenic modeling.ims in the project.
Aim 2: To investigate the association of germline single nucleotide polymorphisms with mutation
signatures and which has association in affecting the molecular subtype characterization of gastric
tumors.
