## Abstract

Projects needing support for toxicogenomic analysis included 1) support for circulating cell free DNA (ccfDNA); 2) support for Mouse Aging study by providing dendogram and SNP analysis for 10 strains of mice; 3) support epigenomic analysis of DNA methylation of arsenic-related changes in an in vitro model of cellular transformation; 4) analysis of 3D spheroids of HepaRG. Differential gene expression from TempO-Seq data was performed with fold chagnes and pvalues; 5) support was provided for analysis of microarray toxicogenomic data for placenta and liver from animals exposed to PFAS compounds; 6) support was provided for analysis of AFFF (aqueous film-forming foams) fpr comparative analysis of toxicity after in vitro exposures in HTT assays.
