Abstract

Cerebrovascular Disease (CBVD) is particularly prevalent in the American Indian population. A recent, 2-arm randomized controlled trial (N=173) was conducted to determine whether Interactive Metronome(IM) improves cognitive functioning in older American Indians with evidence of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) due to CBVD over a 15-week treatment course. The present secondary study seeks to add information to this parent study.
