## Abstract

NHLBI has established the Hypertension Outcomes for T4 Research within Lower Middle-Income Countries (Hy-TREC) program to increase the research base on implementation strategies for evidence based interventions for the prevention, treatment, and control of hypertension in adults in World Bank defined lower-middle-income countries. Five (5) awards operate in Ghana, Guatemala, Kenya, Vietnam, and India. Four (4) of these awards (Ghana, Guatemala, Kenya, and Vietnam) conduct clinical trials. The purpose of this contract is to provide clinical site and study monitoring services for the Hy-TREC clinical trials.
