Abstract

The contractor shall provide services that support the NCI and enable NCI to disseminate information related to smoking cessation, health behavior changes, and cancer control resources to both the general population and targeted high-risk and underserved populations. Stakeholder support, implementation efforts to broaden reach and use of mHealth resources, and program analysis and reporting. Tools and resources may be required in English, Spanish, as well as other languages created by the contractor. Tasks associated with this work include the design and cultivation of interactive tools, and maintenance of online, text, and smartphone application, and other mHealth cessation resources, continued development into other health behaviors as they relate to cancer, and the planning and implementation of a broad marketing/promotion strategy for the sites, multi‐level monitoring of reach, engagement and effectiveness of the NCI web-based tobacco resources, stakeholder engagement, and data coordination and analysis. The monitoring component includes the use of surveys, focus groups, and Web metrics, and the contractor shall provide data‐driven reports to NCI.
