During Task Area B1, the Contractor shall provide qualified staff to support and coordinate the planning activities and preparations for the phase VII exam. During Task Area B3, the Contractor shall implement a program to support community-based pilot research projects that align with the scientific mission of the NHLBI. These exploratory, initial feasibility pilot studies must be conducted within the tribal communities of the Field Center.
