## Abstract

This period of performance, the study team will perform a limited fourth examination of surviving and willing FHS participants from the Generation 3, New Offspring Spouse and Omni 2 Cohorts. They will focus the participant examinations on traditional cardiovascular risk factors and prevalent disease measures obtained at previous FHS examinations. They will work collaboratively throughout the period with ancillary study investigators and staff to coordinate exam components from multiple funding sources with those of the contract-funded exam.
