## Abstract

Commercialization Center – VentureWell
The goal of the Commercialization Center Innovation Funnel for HIV/AIDs is to provide technical, clinical, and commercialization expertise and resources to a RADx Innovation Funnel seeking to accelerate the development of point-of-care and home-based HIV diagnostic technologies. The Commercialization Center is a trans-NIH focused activity that requires professional services support across a range of commercialization domains to NIH translational activities. To support rapid technology development, consultants with specialized domain expertise are needed to assess and mitigate risks at various stages. The vetting and management of professional service consultants and vendors is a critical component of the parallelization effort to speed innovation.
