## Abstract

This project supports the Division of Translational Toxicology cardiovascular Health Effect Innovation program by testing a suite of 9-10 chemicals in rats with implanted telemetry devices. Rats will be dosed in a dose-escalation design to evaluate functional changes related to cardiovascular health (e.g. blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate).
