## Abstract

The Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis, NCI is requesting establishment of
relationships with ongoing projects/organizations involving the tracking of canines as
they age and develop cancer. The purpose is to obtain specimens that can be analyzed to
inform our understanding of the molecular basis of canine cancer and determine if the
dog is a good model for evaluating the effectiveness of human investigational
therapeutics and treatment regimens.
