NHLBI / OM / ITAC requires on-going support from Premier Support Services, which comprises four major support areas: Support Account Management, Support Assistance, Problem Resolution Support, and Designated Support Engineer. The service will support the ITAC team in such as Strategic Services, Architecture Alignment, Support Management and Delivery, and assistance with the Microsoft Enterprise Architecture to help achieve business and IT objectives, assisting the ITAC team with the alignment of IT initiatives with business strategy to help customer-defined critical success factors become measurable.
