The Pharmacology/Toxicology Core Laboratory conducts preclinical vector pharmacology/toxicology testing and biodistribution studies, using all types of gene therapy vectors in small and/or large animals in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations for use by GTRP investigators.
