## Abstract

PROJECT SUMMARY
The limited imaging depth of the current microscopes in the PI’s laboratory poses an obstacle to achieving the
overall goal of the parent grant (R35 GM146786). This supplement acquires a single-unit CrestOptics
DeepSIM stand-alone system for 3D volumetric superresolution imaging of T cells. The DeepSIM system will
substantially expand the experimental capability and accelerate the parent research program.
