Abstract

Abstract Paying for FIRST faculty travel and lodging to annual meeting was not originally included in RFA-RM-21-019 or the October 2021 Notice of Award. Consequently, the CEC budget does not include funds for FIRST faculty travel and lodging to annual meeting or funds for staff time to coordinate distribution of travel and lodging funds to Cohort sites. The CEC Administrative Supplement will support FIRST Cohort Faculty attendance at the FIRST Program Annual Conference including pre and post conference activities by (1) Supporting coordination, communication and project management activities for the participation of FIRST faculty from across grantee institutions in the FIRST Program Annual Conference including pre and post conference activities (2) Coordinate communications with FIRST grantee institutions, CEC team and Event Management Services during and following the Annual conference (3) Work with CEC Finance Director to on board FIRST faculty in MSM payment/reimbursement management system, for timely reimbursement of travel and lodging.
