## Abstract

SUMMARY
This Administrative Supplement request aims to collaboratively develop and test open-source, GeoMX data
visualization and analysis tools required to support research using this data. Members of the Pregnant Female
Reproductive Tissue Mapping Center (TMC) will collaborate with members of the HIVE at Harvard Medical
School to fill a current gap in GeoMX visualization tools by working closely to develop a visualization tool for
Nanostring GeoMx data based on Vitessce (Aim 1) and to support local visualization and configuration (Aim 2).
