In this Administrative Supplement to the ABCD-USA Consortium: Data Analysis, Informatics and Resource Center (DAIRC) we propose to develop a new infrastructure for data releases for the Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development (ABCD) Study. The infrastructure is proposed to be set up in time for the 6.0 data release in spring 2024 and is planned to be used for all future data releases. The core component of the new infrastructure will be a reimplementation and extension of the Data Exploration and Analysis Portal (DEAP version 2.0) which will feature extended functionality for data download, exploration, statistical analysis, and advanced visualization. The DAIRC will lead the development of DEAP 2.0 and supporting efforts, including the development of backend components, databases, storage infrastructure, and computing infrastructure. The supplement will further support the DAIRC in the development of more streamlined and standardized internal data management processes. As part of the development of the new release infrastructure, the DAIRC will sub-contract to Lasso for the development of an authentication server, a web portal to request access to the ABCD data resource, and download functionalities for individual-level files.
