PROJECT SUMMARY In the first gathering of quantitative researchers in the Nutrition and Precision Health Consortium, the primary goal will be to provide a hands-on training experience working with NPH-like data and the All of Us Researcher Workbench platform. A secondary and parallel goal is to continue to encourage and facilitate new, innovative and collaborative research within and between NPH Centers. We will also demonstrate West Point AI, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning NPH-like data repository and workshop participants will be able to conduct search queries of the data repository, develop baseline scripts in Jupyter notebooks to interrogate the data and set up novel research questions to eventually work with NPH data housed in the All of Us Researcher Workbench. A major strength of the AI Summit is that they allow for data analysis based activities that facilitate communication and exchanges of ideas between leading AI and machine learning data scientists in the field, clinical center statisticians and early career faculty that want to develop Precision Nutrition Big Data analysis skills. Such interactions and synergism are critical for initial analysis of the rich data sources arising from the NPH and All of Us Research Hub. The AI Summit will provide a unique and exciting venue for NPH investigators to cross pollinate between the 17 different geographically diverse institutions and lead to a future filled with new and innovative collaborative projects in the Precision Nutrition.
