The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine’s Forum on Traumatic Brain Injury provides a neutral setting in which a diverse spectrum of leaders across TBI care, research, and patient advocacy convene to discuss how to advance the prevention, treatment, and care for people with brain injuries, and to identify opportunities for collective action. The TBI Forum addresses topics relating to critical research gaps, the complexity of the systems involved in TBI treatment and rehabilitation, the challenge of coordination across the lifecycle, among other related needs and challenges facing many of the stakeholders in this field.
