## Abstract

The Administrative Core of the Institute of Translational Genomic Medicine will build centralized operations to enable sustainable genomics research at MSM. Through structured management of sequencing platforms, scientific computing infrastructure, and data analysis pipelines, the AC will provide comprehensive research support. The Core will also coordinate project logistics, oversee ethics and compliance operations, and manage scientific communications. By strategically implementing scalable technology and data solutions, the AC will enhance research strategies, foster collaboration, and ensure that the Institute achieves its ambitious translational genomics goals.
