ADMINISTRATIVE CORE Project Summary The Administrative Core of the Howard-Hopkins Comprehensive Alliance in cancer Research, Education, and Equity (H2CAREE) provide general administrative support directly for each program component, and develop plans and strategies to meet their distinct needs. The Core interacts with leadership and advisory committees including the Partnership Leadership Committee (PLC), which consists of Principal Investigators (PIs) and directors from cores and projects, the Internal Advisory Committee (IAC) and the external Program Steering Committee (PSC), to facilitate collaborative planning, evaluation, and decision-making, ensuring regular input from all key stakeholders and optimal communication. The specific aims of the Core include: 1. Provide Overall H2CAREE Leadership; 2. Effective Management, Oversight, Communication and Continuous Quality Improvement; and 3. Ensure a Culture of Overall Safety and Compliance Throughout H2CAREE. 1
