## Abstract

The All of Us Evenings with Genetics (EwG) Research Program, funded in part by the NIH All of Us Research Program, engages and trains trainees and faculty to utilize the All of Us database for research projects to advance precision medicine. The program has two core aims: 1) address barriers to research productivity for researchers aspiring to advance in STEM careers and 2) promote use of the All of Us database for research focused on closing health gaps and identifying factors behind variations in health outcomes. To achieve these goals the program implements three key activities: (1) Campus Seminars: hosted virtually at colleges and universities to connect faculty with the All of Us Research Program and showcase ongoing research, (2) Biomedical Researchers (BR) Faculty Summit: a multiday conference for researchers to foster collaboration and train participants in using the All of Us database, and (3) BR Scholars Program: A yearlong initiative supporting research teams formed at the summit in developing and executing projects using All of Us data. During the BR Scholars Program, the All of Us EwG program also offers data science training, mentorship, and professional development to the biomedical researchers.
