## Abstract

The contractor will develop ME-M-006 as a vaccine adjuvant.  ME-M-006 is composed of 1V209, a TLR7 agonist, formulated within the VesiVax liposomal platform.  The focus of the contract is the manufacturing optimization, stability testing, and product characterization processes, where the adjuvant will be evaluated within the context of vaccines to protect against Neisseria gonorrhoeae using the MtrE recombinant protein antigen, and Aspergillosis fumigatus using the Aspf9 recombinant protein antigen.
