## Abstract

The purpose of this task order is to secure a Contractor that can support a planning team with the planning and execution of an innovation lab; and other support for collaborative work initiated during the lab. The CSSI planning team (henceforth referred to as the planning team) has decided that an exploratory teambuilding workshop, also called an innovation lab is the most appropriate approach to catalyzing collaborations and fostering new ideas for selected projects. Creative problem-solving labs – sometimes called ideas Labs, innovation labs, or sandpit workshops – are designed to elicit contributions from highly disparate communities against intractable problems. An innovation lab is a five-day residential program, with 25 to 30 participants from different disciplines and organizations that have competed to be involved.
