Abstract

The National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), via its Blueprint Neurotherapeutics (BPN) Biologics Program, is funding a pharmacokinetic and non-GLP toxicology studies and manufacturing a monoclonal antibody for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. These studies will support IND-enabling studies and a subsequent Investigational New Drug (IND) filing.
