> **NIH NIH N02** · BROAD INSTITUTE, INC. · 2024 · $23,600,775

## Abstract

In response to 75N92024R0272, we propose to extend the productive relationship that has been
established between the TOPMed Program and the Broad Institute/BIDMC teams to provide Genomic, Metabolic, and Proteomic characterization of NHLBI cohorts. We bring the combined strength of Broad’s Genomics, Proteomics, and Metabolomics Platforms with the laboratory of Broad Institute Senior Associate Member, Dr. Robert Gerszten. Each of these units has extensive individual experience with their core-omics activities; combined they are able to leverage shared learning and opportunities for efficiencies. We aim to continue to partner with the TOPMed program to extend the value to TOPMed investigators and the large scientific community.
