Abstract

The CatPC awardee shall perform the following specific tasks and work cooperatively to coordinate program activities among the other entities, the Catalyze CC, and NHLBI. In the case of a public health need, NHLBI may redirect the work of the contractor, within the original work scope, to accomplish the desired goals of the Institute. • Develop, negotiate, and execute all necessary technology transfer and supply agreements between the requesters and the contractor. • The Contractor will ensure that the investigative sites have up-to-date versions of all required certifications, inspections, and assurances required for the type of work they are performing (e.g., animal or human protections certifications) and ensure that these are available for review if the Contractor and/or NHLBI were to conduct a site visit. At a minimum, these updates should be on a yearly basis, but more frequent updates may be required.
