## Abstract

Description of Work: Independently and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall furnish all the necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities, not otherwise provided by the Government as needed to perform the Statement of Work.  In addition to those reports required by the other terms of this contract, the Contractor shall prepare and submit the following reports during the period of performance of this contract. These reports will require descriptive information about the activities undertaken during the reporting period and will require information about planned activities for future reporting periods.

2	 Annual Task Order Progress Report
3	Final Task Order Report
4	Summary of Salient Results
5.	Technical Progress Report for Clinical Research Study Populations
