Abstract

The PATH Study is a national longitudinal study of tobacco use and its impact on the health of people in the United States. People from all over the country participate in this study. The PATH Study, which was launched in 2011, is one of the first large tobacco research efforts undertaken by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Food and Drug Administration.
