Abstract

Morphological assessments via high content imaging of HepaRG cells or whole organisms such as zebrafish is commonly performed for toxicity and hazard assessment. Contractor provides machine learning powered image analysis of such data for automated classification, segmentation and quantification of morphological changes post exposure. Example projects include SEAZIT collaboration.
