## Abstract

The project will remove the existing outdated basement tank that serves the condensing water system for the chiller of building 560. The tank is in poor condition, rusting, and leaking at various areas. The drain down tank is a critical component of the chilled water system and is due for replacement due to its age. Instead of replacing the tank, the project will provide new bayonet heaters to be retrofitted to the chiller, which will provide an energy efficient and water saving alternative to recirculate the chiller water.
