Abstract

The objectives of this project are to continue the development, operations, and maintenance of the Clinical and Translational Data Commons (CTDC) and to develop an automated workflow for the standardization, harmonization, and packaging of Cancer Immune Monitoring and Analysis Center and Cancer Immunologic Data Center (CIMAC-CIDC) data for delivery to the CTDC. The first task is the continued development of the CTDC. Objectives include continued development in preparation for public launch, continued integration of diverse and complex datasets into the CTDC, including immuno-oncology datasets, ongoing improvements, operations, and maintenance for the CTDC including a data model that can accommodate clinical trial, assay, and specimen data, and stakeholder outreach and engagement. The second task involves creating a robust infrastructure for data ingestion, transformation, and submission, ensuring data integrity and compliance with CTDC standards. The project aims to enhance the quality of data shared with the public and researchers by implementing automated and semi-automated tools for data validation, curation, and harmonization, specifically focusing on the published data from the CIDC-CIMAC network.
