# FY24 FACILITIES TO J  ATRF BDP FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS

## Abstract

Since 2016, the ATRF has experienced a significant number of power
outages, approximately 38, presumably due to increased power use in the surrounding office park and/or vicinity. These outages have caused negative pressure excursions in BDP.s cGMP space in Wing A and outages of boiler and RO system that impact the air systems. Due to the nature of the outages and the negative pressure excursions, BDP has to clean the space in order to reestablish cGMP compliance. This project will make BAS/controls changes to the HVAC system and add backup power to boiler and RO systems in Wing A to mitigate the impact of future outages.
