## Abstract

Surveillance Research Program has a requirement to report cancer statistics annually, which occurs in April of each calendar year. Cancer statistics are calculated based on the number of cancer cases per year and population estimates from the matching calendar year. To satisfy this requirement, SRP has to obtain annual population estimates for counties and census tracts based on the counts produced by the US Census Bureau every calendar year. 
The purpose of this contract is to obtain annual population estimates for state, counties and census tracts based on the counts produced by the US Census Bureau.
