The purpose of this requirement is to acquire high-level subject matter expert (SME) support for translational product development at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS). This requirement provides support that is critical to the broad range of NINDS translational product development activities that are in-process, planned, and evolving.
