## Abstract

This Phase I SBIR contract is in support of the Development of an Integrated Viral Load and Pharmacological Adherence Monitoring Device for Point-of-Care or Self-Monitoring of HIV Infection. Upon the completion of Phase I, a prototype sensor device that can provide a qualitative result to a user regarding their HIV viral load and therapeutic drug concentration will be developed. These results can then be passed on to a physician if needed.
