## Abstract

In accordance with the Secretary's announcement of his quality initiative, this technical regulation revises all references to "peer review organization" and "PRO" in chapters I, IV, and V of title 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations. This regulation also makes conforming changes to the general definitions section.
