Abstract
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the animal drug regulations to reflect approval of a supplemental new animal drug application (NADA) filed by Alpharma, Inc. The supplemental NADA provides for the administration of Type C medicated feeds containing chlortetracycline to cattle as a top dress on feed for the treatment of enteritis and pneumonia.
