Abstract
In the June 14, 2002 issue of the Federal Register (67 FR 40989), we published a final rule implementing the Medicaid managed care provisions of the Balanced Budget Act of 1997. The effective date of the final rule was August 13, 2002. This document corrects a limited number of technical and typographical errors identified in the June 14, 2002 final rule.
