## Abstract

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a final rule that appeared in the Federal Register of June 26, 2001 (66 FR 33829). The document amended the food additive regulations to provide for the safe use of ozone in gaseous and aqueous phases as an antimicrobial agent on food, including meat and poultry. A reference to 9 CFR part 381, subpart P was inadvertently omitted. This document corrects that error.
