Abstract
This final rule responds to comments on, and makes technical corrections to, interim final child support enforcement regulations published in the Federal Register on February 9, 1999. The 1999 interim final rule eliminated regulations, in whole or in part, that were rendered obsolete by, or inconsistent with, welfare reform legislation and a series of related laws that followed.
