Abstract
This interim final rule revises existing regulations on collecting child support arrears through the Federal Tax Refund Offset process. The revisions are needed to reflect changes in OCSE's data processing protocols with the Department of the Treasury. We are also taking this opportunity to update the regulation to reflect current business practices and requests from State Child Support Enforcement agencies.
