## Abstract

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the food additive regulations to provide for the safe use of 2,2'- methylenebis(4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol)monoacrylate as an antioxidant in acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymers intended for use in contact with food. This action is in response to a petition filed by Sumitomo Chemical America, Inc.
