Abstract
As part of the Administration's initiative to eliminate outdated material from the Code of Federal Regulations, the Department is rescinding Parts 3, 51g, and 110 of Part 42. Part 3, on the charging of fees for special statistical services, is redundant, as pertinent statutory text is sufficient. Part 51g relates to a health education grant program which no longer exists. Part 110 is no longer necessary because a statutory provision--to the effect that information and education about vaccines be codified in regulation--was repealed.
