## Abstract

The Administration on Children, Youth and Families is adding a financial data element to the Appendices of the regulation for data collection for foster care and adoption. In addition, we are adding the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) control number for the data collection section of the regulation. All States that administer State plans under title IV-B and IV-E of the Social Security Act are subject to this addition to the Appendices of the regulation.
