Abstract
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the food additive regulations to provide for the safe use of monomethyltin/ dimethyltin isooctylmercaptoacetates as a stabilizer in rigid polyvinyl chloride and rigid vinyl chloride copolymers for use in contact with food. This action is in response to a petition filed by Morton International, Inc.
