Abstract
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the food additive regulations to provide for the safe use of N,N-bis(2- ethylhexyl)-ar-methyl-1H-benzotriazole-1-methanamine as a copper deactivator for lubricants with incidental food contact. This action is in response to a petition filed by Ciba-Geigy Corp.
