## Abstract

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the animal drug regulations to reflect approval of an abbreviated new animal drug application (ANADA) filed by Fort Dodge Laboratories. The ANADA provides for subcutaneous or intramuscular use of a selenium/vitamin E injection for prevention and treatment of selenium/tocopherol deficiency syndrome in weanling calves and breeding beef cattle.
