## Abstract

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the animal drug regulations to reflect approval of a new animal drug application (NADA) filed by Orion Corp. ORION-FARMOS. The NADA provides for the use of medetomidine hydrochloride injection in dogs for its sedative and analgesic properties. The regulations are also amended to reflect a change of sponsor name.
